Pizza Station
A Cooking Station for baking pizza, designed to simplify space management during preparation and cooking. The two available modules – 160x80 cm and 80x80 cm – are equipped with dedicated shelves that offer various customisation options while also enabling efficient organisation of utensils. The Cooking Station can be enhanced with useful accessories for a more efficient workstation: these range from a wooden pastry board to an ingredient holder and even pizza boxes. The oven reaches 500°C in just a few minutes, perfect for the classic 90-second cooking time required for authentic Neapolitan pizza.

Five cooking types
The DeliVita wood-fired oven allows you to barbecue, bake, smoke, cook tandoor, and slow-cook, all with one product. It reaches 500°C in under 30 minutes with minimal wood consumption (about 1 kg perhour). Its refractory clay interior and Vesuvius volcanic stone base retain heat effectively for longer, while the brushed marine-grade stainless steel exterior, encased in a polished fibreglass shell, always remains cool to the touch even when the inner cooking compartment has reached a high temperature. Available in colours ranging from black and grey to pink, purple, red, orange, olive green, petroleum green or blue.

FULGOR BARBECUE
Professional BBQ
Linea BBQ Professional includes a range of built-in barbecues designed for outdoor use, available in sizes of 1000 mm, 800 mm, and 600 mm. Offered in stainless steel or matt black finishes, the barbecues can be customised with two lid options and a modular surface for configuration with various types of grills (TeppanYaki, closed grills and open grills). The stainless steel grills – also available in cast iron – are generous in size and ideal for cooking large quantities of food in differentiated cooking zones and temperature levels.
The grill is ignited by means of large steel knobs that facilitate adjustment of the four tubular gas burners. These burners can operate on both natural gas and propane, delivering high firepower alongside an electronic ignition system and a gas-stop safety control feature for secure use.

WOLF
Four sizes
The Wolf freestanding outdoor barbecues are available in widths of 76, 91, 107 and 137 cm. Stainless steel modules with burners – either built-in or freestanding – can be combined with the barbecues, offering a practical solution for warming sauces or preparing side dishes, with a choice of natural gas or liquid gas supply. Red control knobs illuminated by LED lights ensure ease of use, even in low-light conditions. The grill racks can be adjusted to three different levels to accommodate various cooking needs, such as grilling vegetables, slow-cooking ribs, warming bread or keeping dishes hot without letting them get too dry. A special lid mechanism allows it to open and close effortlessly, while the handles are designed to keep hands away from the heat source and prevent accidental burns.

A collection of gas barbecues made from top-quality 316 stainless steel, which can be painted in any RAL colour. The barbecues come in three widths – 80, 100, and 140 cm – and include a built-in version. All three models in the collection feature high-performance burners and sturdy, thick stainless steel cookware stands. The perfectly non-stick surfaces ensure excellent cooking results, while the ignition system (powered by a parallel flame adjacent to the burner) ensures that the appliance is turned on safely and immediately.

Perfect barbecue
Designed for grilling, roasting, smoking, braising meat, fish, vegetables and even baking pizza, the Kamado grill by Yakiniku (distributed by Schoenhuber) combines Japanese tradition with innovation and design.
Made of ceramic combined with the mineral cordierite, Kamado rapidly reaches the desired temperature and retains heat effectively, ensuring even cooking. The 18/8 stainless steel exterior can withstand high temperatures and any weather conditions, even in winter. Features include a rainproof air vent with a slider to precisely control airflow and temperature, weather-resistant hinges, a combustion chamber with a modular brazier, a tray to collect ash and a range of inserts to create different cooking zones. The fibreglass gasket ensures a hermetic seal, while the built-in lid thermometer allows monitoring of the temperature inside.
