Another important recognition has been assigned to Falmec. This times the company receives the iF Design Award 2025 for its new Jolie range of hoods. The international recognition is presented annually by iF International Forum Design GmbH that selected nearly 11.000 entries from 66 countries. All awarded projects will be celebrated at the iF Design Award Night, which will take place on 28 th April 2025, at the Friedrichstadt-Palast in Berlin.

The evaluation criteria included innovation, functionality, aesthetic impact, and sustainability. Designed by Emo Design, Jolie is a piece of furniture created to meet the needs of modern living. This new range hood presents itself as an essential object, while concealing a powerful suction technology. The back panels of the two storage compartments are available in different finishes, or can be customised on request.
Moreover, the range is equipped with the exclusive Carbon.Zeo Microtech, which uses materials of natural origin to retain odours, making Jolie ideal for open space solutions, in which the kitchen and living room form a single environment. A smoked sliding glass allows one of the two compartments to be closed, giving this product additional aesthetic refinement. The under-cabinet LED with dynamic light (2700K–5600K) illuminates the worktop while also serving as an ambient light source, thanks to adjustable intensity and colour temperature.
