Arclinea
Artusi Outdoor kitchen by Arclinea, developed from the iconic Artusi model designed by Antonio Citterio, uses materials and technological details that ensure excellent moisture resistance and thermal insulation. Made of AISI 316 stainless steel, it features 4cm-thick doors with built-in insulation and magnetic seals to prevent water from seeping inside, Okoumé Marine wood internal cabinets, and a thermally-insulated unit with deep drawers for keeping food and drinks warm or cold. Fitted into the worktop are a sink and barbecue, available in various sizes and styles.

Boffi
A re-edition of the historic monobloc kitchen designed by Joe Colombo in 1963, this iconic work of Italian design is a "magic" half-cubic-metre block containing everything needed for cooking, preparation, and storage. The self-supporting structure has been updated with materials suitable for use in covered outdoor spaces. Its light, moisture-resistant marine plywood frame is clad in Lasermat and is now available in new colours: London Grey, Comodoro Green, Fes Blue, Japur Red, Ingo Black, and Kos White.

Arredo3
Aura is the first outdoor kitchen by Arredo3, featuring a minimalist and compact island design, which comes in two lengths: 180 cm and 240 cm, with a fixed depth of 70 cm. Aura’s fronts, sides, back panels and feet are aluminium, while the worktop is made of flamed grey Pietra Piasentina Laminam®, or alternatively of stainless steel. The materials used for Aura mean that it qualifies for inclusion in the brand's eco-sustainable Gaia collection.

Key Cucine
Haiku Outdoor is an island kitchen designed for covered outdoor spaces, developed from the indoor Haiku model. Both designed by Anita Brotto and Tellatin, they are inspired by Japanese aesthetics with soft lines and refined styling. Haiku Outdoor (326 x 70 cm) is ideal for terraces, balconies and covered outdoor areas. Its sides and doors are made of eco-mortar and the Emotion Grey marble worktop has a built-in sink. Distinctive features include the rounded edges on the sides and top, and a thin continuous handle separating the cabinet front from the drawer above it.

Maistri
The B.table kitchen project now also includes an outdoor version, offering a complete cooking system by combining cooking, washing and dining areas. It can be clad in any type of natural or sintered stone suitable for use outside. The outdoor B.table can be configured by combining individual modules or as a single block; in the latter case, the modules are joined by a continuous top. The modules are available in two versions: one with a drawer and a shelf, and another with a large basket that can hold a 5-kg gas cylinder.

Modulnova
Project 05 in the Outdoor collection, which stands out for its authentic materials and imposing volumes, uses elements from the Block and Mediterraneo series. The Block Island features fronts in Nero Assoluto Millerighe granite and a Mediterraneo worktop (20 cm thick) in Graphite Raw stone with a built-in sink and stainless steel AISI 316 hob. The island's standout feature is a side compartment that includes a space for growing herbs and another for storing a wooden chopping board. These compartments can also be customised.

Minotticucine by Assogroup
Incline, a monolithic and single-material island for outdoor use (design Alberto Minotti) is a pure volume that embodies the concept of “visual silence” as well as satisfying ergonomic requirements. Its custom-designed inclination makes it accessible from all sides. Incline is clad in stone with an inner structure of stainless steel. It includes a gas barbecue with a sliding stone cover and a stone basin with a concealed drain unit. Water is dispensed through a hole in the stone. A sliding door at the head of the island conceals two pull-out austenitic stainless steel compartments with steel ball-bearing mechanisms.

Zampieri
Loggia Out is the outdoor version of Loggia – both designed by creative director Stefano Cavazzana – and consists of a series of combined functional blocks for cooking, washing, preparation and dining. The varying heights of the blocks place the work surfaces at staggered levels for optimal ergonomic efficiency. Loggia Out, for terraces, features fronts and drawers that alternate Vintage steel and Silver Moon Strip quartzite with vertical lines. The structure and frame of the hinged door, with integrated handle profile, are made of steel-effect aluminium. The composition is completed by a table and bench in thermally-treated ash wood.

Fògher
The new Bastianich x Fògher outdoor kitchen celebrates the collaboration between the company and well-known American entrepreneur and television personality Joe Bastianich. Comprising units with 60 cm fronts, the kitchen is the premium version of the Agher line and is striking for its modern, minimalist design. It is made with an exposed 316 stainless steel frame with a Rèditage finish, a special treatment that makes each model unique. It is also customisable with accessories such as a snack bar and a table with chairs. It stands on adjustable stainless steel legs finished off with rubber feet.

Outerra
The new versions of the Dafne outdoor island (designed by Massimo Tasca and Mattia Li Pomi) inclue the 300 cm model, featuring a stainless steel top with a PVD gold-plated finish. Dafne comprises a structure and side supports in grey-painted aluminium (or other colours) and is available in gas or electric configurations. The gas version includes a grill, teppanyaki hotplate, burner and warming drawer, while the electric version features a large electric teppanyaki hotplate and warming drawer.

Scavolini
Formalia Outdoor is an extension of the Formalia home system, designed by Vittore Niolu, and is the brand's first outdoor product. Both versions feature shaped fronts available in steel or wood suitable for outdoor use, with integrated handle. The outdoor model includes a modular system with 19 components, compatible with appliances and the Parete Status System – a modular aluminium structure that accommodates tall or low base units and open shelves. The new design includes fronts, structure, and shelves in steel, complemented by the Parete Status System in a Titanium finish. The 2cm-thick top is in Dekton Entzo.

Sapienstone
A specialist in porcelain stoneware surfaces for kitchens, Sapienstone also offers a range of versatile products for kitchens designed for outdoor living. The brand’s outdoor porcelain stoneware combines aesthetics with high resistance to scratches, stains, high temperatures and weathering. The new proposals for outdoor settings include Piasentina which was chosen, for example, for the kitchen by Novara Outdoor Kitchens presented as part
of the latest edition of the Spanish show Casa Decor. In the space of Xaza. An outdoor environment designed by Raquel Chamorro. In the outdoor space with solarium, swimming pool, vertical garden and chill-out area, the outdoor kitchen was clad in Piasentina, with 6-mm slotted doors and a 12-mm smooth top.
