To organize the kitchen environment according to your comfort, style and taste. In a word: customizing. If we had to summarize the dominant theme of this new edition of Sicam - the fifteenth - the term Personalization would probably be enough.
Of course, it is not exactly this year's news, but a strong confirmation of a trend that has long been distinguishing the residential environment and the kitchen in particular, in all its elements, furnishings, accessories. Starting from the configuration of the internal space, the most hidden one of the bases, wall units, columns, drawers, or the external one, in sight, between the top and under-cabinet that contains, in addition to the washing area, the backsplash used to better organize tools, accessories and equipment useful in food preparation.
A customization that is also manifested in the aesthetics of the components through the color above all, but also the textures or finishes, more and more sophisticated, refined, capable of putting a tap, a sink or a "simple" groove at the center of the scene through a marked chromaticism.
Below we publish our selection of products and solutions presented in the Pordenone pavilions, for a fair, Sicam, which confirms itself as the reference event for the sector thanks to a formula capable of making the meeting between exhibitors and operators increasingly efficient.
BLUM
Revego is a pocket system designed to hide kitchen units. Thanks to the motion technology, the doors can be opened with a light pressure and then completely slid into the pocket. The work area is thus easily accessible, in fact to close it is enough to quickly press the door, which is extracted from the pocket, and the user can hide the entire area with another touch. This sliding door system - for single and double door applications - convinces thanks to its fully integrated technology. The pocket systems can be realized by the manufacturer and delivered pre-assembled to the installation site.
DOMUS LINE
A technological solution for illuminating glass shelves: Nubo, made of polycarbonate, is a device designed to create a lighting effect that enhances the aesthetics of the furniture and the functionality of the space. It also to offer different lighting solutions depending on the needs of the project. The collection includes two models, NUBO-6 for 6 mm shelves and NUBO-8 for 8 mm shelves. Each can be configured with light projection on the front or back. It is installed on the edge of glass shelves - transparent, acid-etched or silk-screened - making the profile very versatile. Nubo is supplied custom-made "to the millimetre" to adapt to the dimensions of the shelves and design needs, ideal for the living room, where it can be installed on bookcases and display cabinets, or in the kitchen, where it can enhance furnishing elements with glass shelves.
ELLECI
A new color, functionality and accessories for the Élite Kitchen collection made of Keratek, a material able to achieve extraordinary performance in terms of durability, hygiene and ease of use. The surface is ultra-smooth and reveals the perfect fusion of material and color in six shades: Black, Dark Gray, White, Clay, Sage and Cocoa. The color palette is opaque and intense, enhances the design of the sinks and plays mix & match with the precious Black, Gold, Bronze and brushed stainless steel metallic finishes, which enhance the aesthetic shapes of components, mixers and accessories.
FERRAMENTA LIVENZA
Skema Boiserie System is a model - with a registered patent - made up of a series of components (metal bars, feet, plates, hangers) to be mounted on panels, wall units, bases and shelves, so as to furnish the kitchen wall, the living area and the sleeping area, following a geometric and tailor-made pattern. Skema Boiserie System offers a wide margin of customization, even in the case of very structured compositions: the more complex the composition is, the greater the flexibility of Skema, which reduces the number of holes in the wall to a minimum. The system is compatible with all the hangers of the Libra range by Ferramenta Livenza.
FGV
With a view to offering solutions in step with trends, at Sicam Formenti & Giovenzana focuses on the Rigo steel drawer system, which marries the aesthetics of the essential lines of modern furniture. Characterised by an extra thin shape with only 1.5 mm of lateral thickness and a wide choice of depths between 250 and 550 mm, Rigo allows for a wide range of applications. The high volume capacity across the entire range is guaranteed by the four available heights: H80, H120, H150 and H200 mm in the colours White and Storm Grey with an elegant embossed finish. It can be equipped with partial or total extraction guides and is quick and easy to install.
FOSTER
Quadra R12 is the new Foster proposal and represents an evolution of the historic Quadra series. Thanks to the radius on the corners of the tub (R12), it improves the cleaning and maintenance process by the user during daily use. The elegant diamond bottom has been maintained as an iconic signature of recognition of the series allowing a constant flow of water towards the drain. The Quadra R12 range is also enriched with the PVD versions, and was presented at Sicam in the new Brandy and Brandy Fumé colors.
GRASS
A masterpiece of engineering, Vionaro V8 is the new generation of drawers with the Slim Drawer System of only 8 millimetres: side, back, internal front are all 8 millimetres thin. Slim Drawer System Vionaro V8 is available in five side heights: from the kitchen drawer to the 250 mm pull-out shelf. As for the pull-out shelf options, the high glass side, without back support and front support, stands out in particular. With various additions and design options, the Slim Drawer System can be further customised.
HAFELE
At Sicam, Häfele presented itself with an expanded exhibition space, with its new brand at the center of the scene: Häfele Lighting, promoting an evolution in the field of LED lighting with the aim of combining design, functionality and innovation. Häfele Lighting includes the ranges of existing LED lighting solutions (Loox, Nimbus, Connect) and proposes an integrated offer of solutions for ambient lighting, furnishing and connectivity. Light can transform spaces by creating comfortable and welcoming environments, where the atmosphere blends with everyday practicality.
HETTICH
Elegant contours and impeccable design: the AvoriTech drawer system with slim side profile is the ideal choice for high-end furniture. With AvoriTech, Hettich introduces a minimalist system characterized by an exclusive design that is perfect for luxury furniture, especially kitchens, with slim, precise drawer side profiles measuring just 8 mm thick.
INSINKERATOR
A new generation of food disposers designed to manage a greater quantity of food waste. InSinkErator (present at Sicam in the I&D stand, exclusive distributor of the brand in Italy) presented Evolution Plus 1000SR, a completely redesigned model equipped with a more powerful motor. The overall diameter of the unit has been reduced, from 23.4 cm to a more compact 20.9 cm, to allow easier installation even in smaller spaces.
LEMI
TWIN system is a new under-cabinet system designed to combine functionality and elegance in the kitchen. The bar is supplied both in standard lengths and cut to size, to adapt perfectly to any space requirement and always guarantee maximum aesthetic performance. Available in three finishes - dark silver, titanium and matt black - the system is equipped with LED technology and integrates harmoniously with any decor. It is possible to complete the bar with two different types of accessories, FLAT characterized by essential lines for modern kitchens, or WAVE, softer, for classic contemporary kitchens.
NEWFORM
Alkimia combines the benefits of purified water with the essential functionality of domestic sanitary water in a single system. Using the rotating electronic control, integrated into the mixer, the user can select the desired type of purified water: cold, cold sparkling or at room temperature. Simple rotations and a light pressure on the control allow to choose and dispense purified water in the three variants. At the end of the dispensing, after 1 minute of inactivity, the device goes into stand-by and can be activated again by pressing or rotating the control. The range of available colors is aesthetically of great impact, from the new midnight blue Soft Navy, which joins the new Soft Color finishes, to the evergreen chrome, matt black and matt white up to the PVD variants.
OSSICOLOR
Ossicolor's goal has always been to create living systems in which the integration of multiple objects and languages can merge. In this sense, Boiserie Line 03 was born, a support with multiple possibilities, conceived for the kitchen and living room, designed for shelves of different types and usable to hang TVs, wall units or bases. A solution that allows to furnish in a functional way, ensuring total aesthetic harmony throughout the house. Made entirely of aluminum, like all other Ossicolor products, Boiserie Line 03 is highly customizable in the configuration and thanks to the expansion of finishes also in colors. The range of finishes, born from the combined effect of anodic oxidation with liquid painting, means that the colors obtained are not distinguishable between painted and oxidized.
SCILM
Two profiles and infinite solutions: the main feature of the new Plus-T groove program by Scilm is its versatility. Composed of just two profiles - R8401 and R8402 - it guarantees a variety of solutions, it can be painted, coated, positioned horizontally or vertically, complete with accessories and equipped with a practical and fast fixing system that is part of Scilm's make it easy philosophy and that facilitates every assembly step and operation. The profiles are colored and made of recycled technopolymer with a single production process.
VIBO
Vibo presented itself at Sicam with the Space Lock project. The Trissino company enters forcefully into the world of accessories for organizing and furnishing drawers, columns, pull-outs and under-cabinets. A flexible system entirely made by Vibo in metal and laminated.
